The pursuit of wealth and achievement often becomes the ultimate goal. However, when I read the biographies of truly successful people, their reflections on life reveal a different perspective.

These great individuals highlight a deeper truth: real success cannot be achieved without inner satisfaction. But where can we find true fulfillment? The answer is in Allah SWT, the Creator. As Allah says in the Quran, inSurah At-Tin, verse 4:

لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ فِىٓ أَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيمٍۢ

“Indeed, We created humans in the best form.”

Furthermore, the Quran reminds us that inner peace and contentment are found through the remembrance of Allah. Surah Ar-Ra’d (13:28) says:

أَلاَ بِذِكْرِ اللّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ

“Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.”

This verse emphasizes that true tranquility comes from connecting with the Divine.

Now, take a moment to reflect: Are we more capable than Steve Jobs, Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela? The answer is clear — no. So why do we follow their examples? Perhaps it’s time to seek guidance from Allah SWT and aim for true success, the success that comes with inner peace and fulfillment.

May Almighty Allah bless us with the true purpose of life. Ameen.
